En ny Cruise Line, Crescent Seas, har kunngjort planer om \u00e5 transformere Seven Seas Navigator<\/em> inn i en luksuri\u00f8s bolig p\u00e5 heltid til sj\u00f8s.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Passasjerskipet vil tilby flytende hjem for det ultra velst\u00e5ende med priser som starter p\u00e5 $ 750 000 (\u20ac 695 000) og n\u00e5r opp til hele 8 millioner dollar (\u20ac 7,4 millioner).<\/p>\n

Salget for boliger vil \u00e5pne for publikum 9. april 2025, akkurat i tide til den \u00e5rlige Seatrade Cruise Global Conference i Miami, if\u00f8lge rapporter.<\/p>\n

Vil du jobbe mens du reiser? <\/strong><\/h2>\n

De Navigator<\/em>som tidligere seilte under Regent Seven Seas Cruises, vil gjennomg\u00e5 en massiv intern transformasjon p\u00e5 $ 50 millioner (46,5 millioner euro). N\u00e5r det er fullf\u00f8rt, vil skipet inneholde 210 luksuri\u00f8se boliger, som alle kommer med Butler -tjeneste, Starlink Internet og l\u00f8ftet om utvidede globale seilaser, slik at innbyggerne kan bo og jobbe eksternt mens de bes\u00f8ker destinasjoner i to til tre dager om gangen.<\/p>\n

Russell Galbut: Grunnlegger av Crescent Heights<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Bak det ambisi\u00f8se cruise-levende konseptet er Russell Galbut, tidligere styreleder i Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings og grunnlegger av Crescent Heights Real Estate (Crescent Seas). Galbut, som leder GFO -investeringer, sa til Seattrade, «Hvorfor ferie til bare en Gateway City n\u00e5r du kan v\u00e6re hjemme og bo i alle de st\u00f8rste gateway -byene rundt om i verden?»<\/p>\n

Galbut bekreftet at Crescent Seas har langsiktig chartret Navigator<\/em> fra Regent og vil sannsynligvis kj\u00f8pe skipet direkte. Crescent planlegger \u00e5 legge til fire flere luksuri\u00f8se boligskip i l\u00f8pet av de neste fem \u00e5rene, inkludert en som ble forventet i 2027 og et nybyggfart\u00f8y innen 2032.<\/p>\n

De Seven Seas Navigator<\/em> vil gj\u00f8re sin endelige regentreisning 2. oktober 2026, avreise Istanbul p\u00e5 et 12-natters cruise til Alexandria, Egypt. If\u00f8lge Reise ukentlig<\/em>Regent bekreftet at gjester som er booket for senere seilinger, vil f\u00e5 full refusjon.<\/p>\n

Gjestfrihetstjenester ombord p\u00e5 Reimagined Navigator<\/em> vil bli gitt av Apollo Group, en veteran i cruisetjenesteoperasjoner med over 50 \u00e5r i bransjen.<\/p>\n
