En viral Tiktok -video har laget en enorm online diskusjon om personlig hygiene, like etter at en ung kvinne fra Norge delte sitt sjokk over \u00e5 finne ut at ikke alle dusjer hver dag.<\/strong><\/p>\n

«Jeg antok at folk flest-spesielt jenter-dusj (kroppsdusjer) daglig,» sa Kaltoum for Newsweek<\/em>. Hun avklarte senere at hun ikke pr\u00f8vde \u00e5 d\u00f8mme noen, bare uttrykte ekte overraskelse. Hun erkjente ogs\u00e5 at faktorer som hudtilstander, mental helse og tilgang til vann spiller en rolle i personlige hygienevaner. «Jeg trodde bare ikke at det var s\u00e5 dypt,» sa hun.<\/p>\n

Hva eksperter sier<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Dermatolog David Johnson forklarte at dusjing for ofte kan fjerne huden p\u00e5 sine naturlige oljer, noe som f\u00f8rer til t\u00f8rrhet og irritasjon. «Det er ingen svar p\u00e5 hvor ofte du m\u00e5 vaske. Det vil avhenge av livsstilen din og hudtypen din, samt hva du personlig liker. Lytt til kroppen din og ikke f\u00e5 deg til \u00e5 f\u00f8le deg skyldig hvis du gj\u00f8r det som er best for deg,» sa han for samme kilde.<\/p>\n

«Fra mitt perspektiv kommer dusjfrekvens virkelig ned p\u00e5 livsstil, aktivitetsniv\u00e5, klima og hudhelse-ikke en regel i en st\u00f8rrelse.<\/p>\n

Debatten tok fart p\u00e5 sosiale medier, med folk fordelt p\u00e5 saken. Noen forsvarte daglige dusjer, mens andre sa at det er helt greit \u00e5 hoppe over dagen.<\/p>\n
